A) I provide advice on the various possibilities for obtaining residency in Andorra and assist with the procedures until settlement in the country.

There are different types of residency:

  • Residency and work

  • Residency without lucrative activity
  • Residency for professionals with international projection
  • Residency for reasons of scientific, cultural, or sporting interest
  • Residency for medical admission

B) Advice for non-residents on foreign investment and assistance during the process until settlement in the country:

It may include:

  • Application for a commercial name reservation
  • Application to the Government for authorization for foreign investment with advice on carrying out the desired business plan
  • Public deed of incorporation of the company before an Andorran notary
  • Registration in the Companies Registry
  • Registration in the Commerce and/or Industry Registry
  • Assistance in finding a premises or residence
  • Banking support
  • Application for a commercial name reservation as a self-employed individual
  • Application to open a business as a self-employed individual before the relevant comú

C) I also advise and assist current residents in Andorra with:

  • Reservation of corporate name
  • Public deed of incorporation of the company before an Andorran notary
  • Registration in the Companies Registry
  • Registration in the Commerce and/or Industry Registry
